آقاي عباس لساني فعال برجسته آذربايجاني اينک بصورت خودسرانه توسط مقامات ايراني تبعيد شده است. اکنون معلوم شده که وي به زندان يزد شهري در مرکزايران و بسيار دور از اردبيل زادگاه آقاي لساني در آذربايجان ايران فرستاده شده است. وي در حال گذراندن دوره دوازده ماهه زندان خود در زندان شهر اهر در نزديکي زادگاه خود بود.
اطلاعات موثق ما تائيد ميکند که در جريان اين تبعيد اجباري از زندان اهر، آقاي لساني در معرض خشونت فيزيکي و ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته است. در جريان تبعيد به وي دستبند و پاباند زده شده است.
همسر وي خانم رقيه لساني نگراني عميق خود را از اين جريان ابراز داشته و اعلام کرده که اين "تبعيد به يزد يک اقدام کاملا غير قانوني است."
بر اساس گفته وي "اين تبعيد يک رشته ديگري از اقدامات مقامات ايراني براي تشديد رفتار هاي خودسرانه بر عليه آقاي لساني است. اينک ما مواجه با مساله مسافرت مسير طولاني بين اردبيل و يزد شده ايم، چيزي که ملاقات ما را تقريبا غير ممکن ميسازد."
وي اضافه کرد که "عباس معلوم ساخته که براي اعتراض به تداوم رفتار خودسرانه با او به اعتصاب غذا به صورت آخرين راه حل باقي مانده براي اش متوسل خواهد شد."
کميته ما اينک همه جوانب نکات خيلي مبهم اقدامات خود سرانه مقامات ايراني را بررسي ميکند. ما دلايلي داريم که نتيجه بگيريم که وزارت اطلاعات نتوانسته بود از مامورين محلي خود در اهر و اردبيل همکاري کاملي کسب کند، جائيکه عدم موفقيت آنها در اجراي عمل شلاق زني به آقاي لساني نمونه مشخصي از اين عدم همکاري بوده است. از اين قرار آنها فاقد کنترل کامل بر روي اين مساله بودند.
مساله تبعيد به اين دليل طراحي شد تا به نقاط ضعف موجود در کنترل مقامات در مساله آقاي لساني خاتمه داده شود. در نوبت اول آنها اميدوارند که از درز اطلاعات به بيرون ممانعت کنند. از اين پس وي در ميان زنداني هاي با ريسک بالا در يزد نگهداري خواهد شد. به مقامات زندان يزد نيز گفته شده تا زير نظر مقامات عاليتر عمل کنند.
از اين پس سه فرزند خردسال آقاي لساني ديگر قادر نخواهند بود که پدر خود را ملاقات کنند، پدري که سلامتي و امنيت وي در دست اشخاص ناشناس قرار خواهد داشت.
ما معتقديم که زندگي آقاي لساني در معرض خطر بزرگي است. ما از تمام جامعه جهاني ميخواهيم که از طرف آقاي لساني صداي اعتراض خود را بلند نمايند.

The Committee for the Defence of Abbas Lisani
Update 1
Abbas Lisani, the prominent Azerbaijani activist, has now been arbitrarily banished by Iranian authorities. He is now believed to be sent out to a prison in Yazd, a city in Central Iran and remote from Ardabil, Mr. Lisani’s hometown in Azerbaijan of Iran. He was serving a 12 months prison term in a prison in the city of Ahar near his hometown.
Our reliable sources have confirmed that in the process of the extradition by force from Ahar prison, Mr. Lisani was subjected to physical violence by being battered and kicked. During the deportation he was handcuffed and shackled.
His wife, Mrs. Ruqeyye Lisani, expressed her deep concern about the events and stated that "this deportation to Yazd is an outright illegal act."
According to her, "this deportation is another straw drawn by Iranian authorities to escalate their arbitrary treatment against Mr. Lisani. Now we are faced with long travel distances between Ardabil and Yazd to the extent that it will make our visits nearly impossible."
She added, "Abbas has let it be known that he shall resort to a hunger strike as the last option remaining to him to protest against the ongoing arbitrary treatments."
Our Committee is piecing together very muddled jigsaws of Iranian arbitrary acts. We now have reasons to believe that the Ministry of Information did not receive full cooperation from their local agents both in Ahar and Ardabil, where their failure to inflict the act of flogging on Mr. Lisani is a classic example of this lack of cooperation. Thus, they lacked full control over his case.
The deportation has been designed to overcome a number of weaknesses in the authority’s control over Mr. Lisani. In the first place, they are hoping to stop any information leakage. He will be kept among high-risk prisoners in Yazd; the Yazd prison authorities have been told to obey the higher authorities to the letter.
From now on, Mr. Lisani’s three young children will no longer be able to visit their dad, whose safety and wellbeing will be in the hands of unknown individuals.
We believe that the life of Mr Lisani is in great danger. We ask the entire international community to speak out on behalf of Mr. Lisani.
